Gerald Baum, President Gerald received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida and his Master’s Degree from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. Gerald Baum has been working in the financial industry for twenty-five years and has been involved in the development of a number of successful business ventures. He is currently the President and CEO of Baum Financial Services, Inc. located in Spring Hill and Fruitland Park, Florida. Mr. Baum is establishing a new financial services office in Sarasota, scheduled to open in September of 2007. Mr. Baum is currently the Managing General Partner of Costa Rica Land Capital Partners, LLC, also located in Spring Hill, Florida and Escazu, Costa Rica.

Gerald Baum brings to his clients a substantial academic background coupled with an extraordinary business acumen that can only be acquired by “true grit” business ownership and management. His business experience brings added value in the practical application of the concepts necessary to successfully navigate through the complexities of real estate acquisition, investment and sales in the United States and Costa Rica.
Mr. Baum divides his time equally between the United States and Costa Rica.

Cesar Salazar Chaves, Vice President Cesar Salazar received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica, San Carlos, Alajuela, Costa Rica. Mr. Salazar brings a youthful exuberance and an intelligent approach to the acquisition of land properties in Costa Rica. His ability to communication effectively in both English and Spanish is an important part of the successful negotiations that are vital to the successful acquisitions for Costa Rica Land Capital Partners, LLC.

He has worked closely with Mr. Baum for two years and is expert at assessing the values of current and prospective properties for the firm. His primary role is the communications required to consummate the various contracts and arrangements key to the success of CRLCP.
